ARACOMA COUNCIL BELT EXAMINERS / PRE-SHIFT WINNERS The first belt examiners contest open to the public was held  on May 15, 2003  at the Cedar Coal Fair held at the Larry Joe Harless Community Center .  Plaques were awarded to the top three finishers.
