Hopewell is honored to be the first breeding stable in all of Heaven Sent. If you are unsure of what this means to you, the resident of Heaven Sent, please continue reading and I will try to explain it to the best of my knowledge.

Basically, this is a Stud Farm. This is a place where other residents of HS can bring their stallions to place them up for stud services. This is also where other residents can bring mares to have them bred. We do full mare care when you breed to a stud here. This means the mare stays here until the foal is born. You can then decide if you want to bring the mare and foal back to your place, or keep them here until the foal is weaned.

Prices
To place a stallion up for stud here, you are boarding him here. When you put a stallion up for stud, the horse is given a spacious stall (14' x 14') in our stallion barn and also it's own turnout paddock. We have staff that are just assigned to the stallion barn, so your stud will never be without attention and the care it needs.
Stud Plan: §200 per month

When you bring a mare here, you are boarding her here so she can be bred or so she can have her foal if you have already bred her. The horse is given a roomy stall (18' x 18') in our broodmare barn and also a large pasture turnout with the other mares and foals. We have staff that is just assigned to the two mare barns, so your mare will always be under the watchful eye of someone on the farm.
