2/00 ***Bon Ton Rug in Watertown is a specialist in cleaning orientals, antique orientals, museum quality orientals. They are SUPERB and receive rugs for cleaning and repair from around the world; their reputation is also superb; they will advise you on the cleaning needed and on the material content of the rugs (some "orientals" are not such and some "silk" or partial "silk" are not such and can not receive the same treatment). (N.B. I got a second verbal reference for Bon Ton)
| ***I just used Grillo to clean my oriental area rugs and they did a great job I highly recommend them. They have a Watertown listing but their facility is in Braintree. They do pick up and drop off very convenient! (b.t.w.: Do NOT use the oriental rug store on Main Street in Watertown across from the Halfway Cafe they nearly ruined my best rug.) ***I'm not sure of the name I think it is Everett Carpet cleaners and I know that they do very good work and are very reputable and if I'm not mistaken the are very reasonable in price.
