10/01 ***Try either Andrea or Jo at Hands on Health (located in the Porter Exchange Building in Porter Sq.). Both are outstanding. Hands-On Health -- (617) 661-4325

*** I have a good massage therapist in Cambridge---(less than half mile from Abt) she costs $75 for an hour and a half, which is kind of an unbelievable price. She works out of her house, so has little overhead, I guess that is how she does it so reasonably. She focuses on muscle release and relaxation. Her name is Sonia Bearhuk --617-497-6265.

*** I see someone regularly who is superb. She is highly skilled, has good technique, is very knowledgeable about a range of health issues, and is very pleasant. (She has had a lot of Abt clients.)

Her name is Stephanie Delia. She practices in Brookline, under the name of "Body Mechanics Massage." 617-566-3452.

*** I know someone who does Finnish Therapeutic Massage, inluding full body massage -- he is excellent, and he's in Quincy. Let me know if that location will work for your friend.
