| ***YES! Several of us use a real estate attorney in Watertown, named Joan Koffman (practices with Nancy Dryer). Several Abt staff recommended me to her. ***Daniel Ladd Lexington 8607600. Both my sister and I purchased our first homes this past year. My sister went through a real estate company and I purchased through a private sale. His office is right in Lexington Center. Dan assisted us both and was a pleasure to work with. ***We used Maureen Pameroy in Lexington. We got her name from another Abt employee. We were very happy with her and she actually got the seller to pay us additional monies for a repair. Her number is 7818611000. ***Not advice on how, but I happen to know a good one: Karen Kruskal, Pressman & Kruskal, 4922211 (Central Square, Cambridge). They have a real estate specialty. I used her when I bought a house with a friend and converted to condos. ***we have had great success with Jim Burke in the sale of our condo and pruchase of two homes, 9785325140 Jim provides lots of advice to help you in the way of risk management or avoidance, and seems to actually bill less than you expect! ***we were very happy with Richard Walsh, located across the street in the mall. My mother and some friends used him too, and all were pleased with his work too. ***I don't know what you mean by "advise" we just used him for the legal papers. If you want other types of advice (is the property a good investment, are the sellers asking a fair price etc) Walsh might also do that I don't know but you should probably contact a buyer's broker.
