9/99 ***For better prices, you might want to stop by Watch Shop at Porter Square, 4918173, 1925 Mass. Ave. They're just next to and below Dunkin Donuts. I always go there for batteries and minor repairs...good, fast, reasonable. But I don't think they sell a lot of parts.
| For parts, I don't have firsthand experience, but you might try the Watch Hospital at Downtown Crossing, 5428332. If you do, please let me know if you would recommend them to others. Swiss Watchmaker has a deep client base, but firsthand praise seems to have dropped off since the original watchmaker there sold his shop. I've heard a couple of complaints about slow and bad service since then. I'd be interested in feedback if you go there. | |||||||||||||||
