check back often
Sept 17th, 2006Wow I just realized how long it has been since I updated this page. So much has happened..so many great parties...met lots of wonderful people....and had a great time doing it. The summer of 2006 is coming to a close and Heat Treatment spent all summer playing at private parties, starting with Memorial Day weekend at the Sacramento Yacht Club (yikes that was a great party), we celebrated a birthday at Woodcreek Golf Course...oh la la... we rocked all night at a private company party, and we closed the Summer at the Elks Club in Sacramento.
Last month we found a new party place in Folsom and you have to check this place out. Mark's Sports Bar is at 303 Iron Point Rd in Folsom and we have had two great shows and will be back in October (check the calendar page) Last night we had lots of guest singers...Ava came up and did Honky Tonk Woman (it has never sounded better). Hanna rocked the house with screaming version of Rock and Roll. Jessica did a great R&B version of Some Kind of Wonderful. Of course I would be remiss if I left out Rock Star Gary who raised the roof on I Will Follow and Rocking the Free World. Yes we also need to thank Chris who comes up with Blue (his guitar) and can belt out a mean version of Back in Black and Ball and Chain. Bottom line...don't miss another show....you have to see it to believe it...the energy...the music....the fun. If you want to sing just come on up, these folks did and they are awesome.
Heat Treatment will be back at Marks on October 21st, but if you can't wait that long then come on down to Elk Grove Sports Bar Oct 8th and party with us. Until next time....
April 8th, 2006Hello all you HT fans...have you been "Treated" lately...well you should and I recommend...do it often. The last gig at The Country Club Saloon was fun. Dan the Harmonica player was there and Kent joined us on hand percussion...that's bongos for the rest of us.
We will be in Elk Grove at the Elk Grove Sports Bar on May 21st. Yes that is a Sunday so make sure to take Monay off...or just call in sick. Check our calendar page for details and a cool link to their web site.
Heat Treatment will someday get some new recordings with Manny but right now we are having too much fun just playing shows and adding songs...don't worry we promise to SOMEDAY put out some updated recordings. Who knows we may even write a song or two...nah!
We are working on some afternoon shows at The Country Club Saloon...stay tuned we hope to be there later in the summer...when the rain stops.
Until next time don't forget to sign our guest book...we always read it... and tell us what song you want us to add...we will give it a shot. Have a great month and we will see you in Elk Grove
March 13th, 2006Wow it has been a long time....hey it's 2006...we need an update.Heat Treatment has been having fun adding some new tunes and working on getting some new venues.
If you have not checked us out lately you should come by The Country Club Saloon in Loomis on April 1st from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM. This will be a great party...it is their one year anniversary and I will be starting a new day job...yea my days of flipping burgers are over...I hope!
In May we are going to be at The Elk Grove Sports Bar on the 21st...yes that is right on a Sunday...what a great way to start off your week. This is a great place to party and we are happy to be part of the action.
Don't forget to watch the calendar section for upcoming shows

Has everyone finished Christmas shopping? Well after the visit from Santa...yet before you go out for New Years... come on out to Yeagar's in Old Folsom on Thursday the 29th at 7:00 PM. Heat Treatment is going over to Yeager's for a little open Jam with musicians from the area. If you play bring your axe...if you don't then come on out and dance.
After the first of the year Heat Treatment will be at Capitol Bowl www.capitolbowl4fun.com on January 7th from 9:00 t o12:00. John (the bartender) is trying to make this a live music venue for West Sacramento. I think we will start seeing more bands here...so make it out before he starts charging a cover charge.
Keep checking on the Calendar for up coming shows.
A final note (pun intended) for this month. Mike Pieracci, our drummer, is moving on. We will miss him and all thank him for the great Rock and Roll and friendship...not to mention the kegerator that always had cold beer on tap. Mike's schedule is busy these days so he is stepping down and making room for Manny Contreras to take the spot behind the drums.
If you have come to some of the recent shows then you have seen Manny kick it out...and you know he rocks. If you haven't then make sure you see us soon. He will rock the house and you will love the beat.
Hope to see everyone at Capitol Bowl on the 7th.
Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Now that was a great time....what?? you missed Friday night at Timeout Tavern...if you were there then you know how fun it was. Thank you to all our friends who came out to support us. One of the highlights of the night was to have our friends Gig Garcia and Lucky Garcia from the Garcia Brothers Band...and too many other music projects to name...and Jim Grayberg from Contraband ...go up and open the second set for us...very cool. Our percussion section later that night was full also...Manuel Contreras came up for a few songs...and Kent Dazey brought up the congas and made sure the dance floor stayed hopping.
The staff at Timeout is the best...Kevin stayed busy behind the bar... and Dee danced every song while keep the door under control. Thank you for make us feel welcome.
We will be back at Timeout Tavern www.timouttavern.net on February 18th...hey that's right around my birthday, and that is always a good reason to party.
See you thereNov 17, 2005
Thank you to everyone at 2 Grand Saloon in Old Sacramento. This is a very nice venue and the staff is the best. A super big THANK YOU goes to our friend Michelle...who tirelessly watched the door for us. Of course no night out is complete without a few wild partiers...and there were a few of those last night. I wonder if they ever found the boat that they kept talking about. Great dance moves too...spinning around...just don't let go.
2 Grand Saloon has Dueling Piano's on the weekends and Blues on Sunday, but recently they decided to bring some live tunes during the week. This is the first month of this and after last night I know they have a hit on their hands. If you are ever in need of a mid week live music fix, then this is the place to go in Downtown or Old Sacramento. We will be back and I will post the dates when they are confirmed.
In a few weeks we will be at Time Out Tavern www.timouttavern.net . The cover will be $5.00 and the date is Friday December 2nd. Lots of our friends are coming out to this show so it will be packed. Don't miss this.

What a weekend! Friday night we started the weekend with a Wild retirement party...sorry make that a Changing Gears Party for Brian, in one of the party rooms at Andiamo's www.sacandiamo.com . What a fun crowd, the dance floor was always full, people were singing....and yes Brian is too young to be retiring. We thank Brian's wife, Trudy for throwing the best retirement...Changing Gears party I have been to, and choosing Heat Treatment .
On Saturday we were back at the Capitol Bowl www.capitolbowl4fun.com but this time with Manuel Contreras behind the drums. Manuel kept us locked in and never missed a beat. Don't worry if you missed him this time, HE WILL BE BACK.
Of course we hope to see you on Wednesday the 16th at 2 Grand Saloon on 2nd and K Street in Old Sacramento.
Oh yes IMPORTANT DATE CHANGE!!!. We will be at Time-Out Tavern www.timeouttavern.net on Friday December the 2nd...NOT Saturday the 3rd.
Oct 25, 2005October is almost over so it must be time to find out what the latest is with Heat Treatment. We will be starting November off at a Private Party on the 4th...shhhhhh...it 's a surprise. The next day we will be back at Capitol Bowl www.capitolbowl4fun.com . That's right, starting at 9:00 PM on Saturday the November 5th we will be rocking the club at Capitol Bowl again. You won't want to miss this show since we will have Manuel Contreras sitting behind the drum set. Yup, you got it, Mike Pieracci will be laying low that night but don't worry Manuel will keep us in line and make sure you are feeling the beat that night.
While you are at the show make sure you ask Manuel about his Salsa. He is the founder and owner of Papa's Salsa, and no matter how you like it he makes the best salsa in Sacramento, and as Manuel says, "There's always more..."
We are looking at some other places for November and we will let you know.....since so many of you are busy on the weekends we may try a Wednesday night in Old Sac...stay tuned.
Until next time...
