From the Digimon:01 to Digimon:Frontier to Digimon:Mythology, the epic and bloody battle of the Digimon Lovers has never been stopped. Web pages and sites arms to the vary last kilo-byte with weapons of mass destruction capable of destroying rival Lover-supporters. The search engine litter with corps who die defending their favorite couples... And now, I, the God-appointed Emperor of the World, dedicated in ending all human conflicts, will now end this war with my powerful and deadly : Topic of the Random Comments!

Yes, Every true Digimon fan will understand that every (yes, even Davis) charactor in the Digimon Series are lovable in there own way, and as a Digimon Fan, we should respect every other Fan's opinions. Besides, If there's any one to blame for wrong coupling of Charactors, it would be the maker of Digimon!

Here are several coupling in my opinion

Sora:

With Tai: Known as "Taiora" Who ever pair those two up, I salute you! This is the perfect couple! Outrageous Match! Love so true, It's horrifying! WHY,WHY,WHY DIDN'T the original Digimon pair them together!? (sob) Anyway... The reason why this combination is the most populer and best loved combination is that Tai and Sora are both... what's the word i'm looking for... 'sporty'(need I say more). This couple played on the same soccer team together, and they're both head-strong and have an opinion of their own. Through out the original Digimon: 01(Called 'No-brand' in Japan), they've cared for each other and helped each other out when in need. When Tai's in trouble the first person to act was Sora and when Sora is in trouble the first one going crazy was Tai. Need I say more? -Fanfic directions- Tai and Sora's fanfic should be pretty easy to write, as long as Tai's not so Pop-star like and Sora's not so girly. Try not to include their Digimon partner into the story. You'll find that Agumon and Biyomon needs to have their opinion now and then in order not to minipulate their personality. -Fanart Directions- Close contacts~~ They are passionate people, let them hug and kiss and be happy. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give them a tragity theme! You'll ruin the couple foreva!

With Matt: Known as "Sorato" The couple we both love and hate, more hatein' then lovein'. Why this couple would work no one knows. The maker of the Digimon, who is the idiot responsible of pairing them together, got so much crap from the fan that they've decided to end the adventure of the original Digimon with a rediculus ending and start something completetly new. The only leginament reason I could think of is what I call the compensation behaviour. Sora is a girl of her own opinion, there for she lacks Matt's cool. Sora wants a cool guy to rely on, and Matt desire someone exciting (I guess). There for they go together. Though I prefer another explaination, no so leginament, but who cares, They look good together.(I think) -fanfic directions- When opposites attracted, funny things happens. For this couple Comedy would have the best results. If you're not good at making jokes, try tragedy! Couple like Matt and Sora is the ultimate subject for Shakspearian tragidy! -fanart direction- The same with Tai, but no smiley faces for Matt. He doesn't look good smiling.

With Joe: Good ol' reliable Joe... well, better then Matt! I really don't know why I like this coupling, I would say charactoristic contrass. While Joe is a quite guy, Sora is rather talktive compares to him, thus making both charactor stand out, that's pretty much it... Well, at least they look cute together!-fanfic direction- comedy, duh! As sad as it may seems, every thing about Joe is funny! Don't write any really serious topic, it would turn out being funny anyway. -fanart directions- If you can't find anything funny to draw, have a romantic theme, and remember to draw the older, cooler Joe. Younger one seems un-suitable for a Romantic relationships.

Kari:

With T.K.: Known as "Takari". He's the best man for Kari. This pair was called the Angel-couple on the net, literally made for each other. As for reason, take your pick! There is countless of evidence through out the TV series, they both have partner Digimon who digivolves into Angels, and they're both vary nice people. The couple from the heavens! -fanfic directions- every thing works for the couple as long as neither of them decides to turn evil. However, Tragedy works nicely if you write it well. -fanart directions- So in love it's holy and/or horrifying! the angelic couple especially works well in Christian theme and demonic theme(girls/boys gone wild!) or any romantic theme! I call them the most versatile couple in fanart history!

With Davis: Against all odds, I feel that Davis actually has a chance! Mostly because his head-strong attitude and un-bendable will that I feel that in a alternate universe Kari might actually be touch by Davis's sencerity and over-rated jokes. As unpopular as Davis is, there's a vary little chance that he and Kari would ends up together, but what the heck! -Fanfic direction- Comedy would be your only choice(Imagine Davis being serious!). If you seriously wants to write something serious, then I seriously suggest you to seriously do so, but I seriously can't think of anything serious about these two, seriously! -fanart direction- Them holding hands, that is as much as I can tolerate! Tai/Sora's passionate theme doesn't go well with the successor of Tai's headstrongness.

With Ken: The day and the night, the good and the evil, the beauty and the beast. This is actually the couple I like the best! though vary few evidence supports the couple, Ken actually has a better chance of winning Kari then Davis has! The charactor contrase theory apply to this couple, as Kari may pities the former kingpin of evil and Ken look towards the most caring person in the Digi-destined for support, then need and pity turns into love~~ besides, Ken with Kari look better then T.K. with Kari! -fanfic direction- And the winner goes to...Tregedy! if you want your work to be the most touching, heart breaking, history making classic of the millennium, try the sadness of Tregedy, and the sadder the better! If you're not so good at "Let thou dagger peirce through my heart.", then a simple and true romance would be the seconde option. -fanart directions- Anything weird, tragic, sad, dark, bloody, sexy, ornated, stylish, simple, bright, or happy would work! especially with alot of bandages, chains, cages, trees, Roman ruins, complecated and weird dress to add in the effect!

With Tai(!?): The most sinful, demoraling couple ever! The brother and sister combination is liked by sickening or overly romantic fans. I'm not even going for the detiles!! -fanfic directions- My best advise is don't even write it, if you did, don't let me see it! (get it off me!...Get it off me!!!) -fanart directions- If your inner devil is calling to you and your... whatever, just draw what ever you want, I don't care, you sick pervert.

Mimi:

With Matt: Generaly known as "Mimato", the second popular couple in Digimon. The only reason that i could think of is that they're both beautiful people, other wise there is little chance of them getting together. Though all loyal Taiora fan would like them to get together, so Matt wouldn't get his hand on Sora. -Fanfic directions- Be funny, Vary funny. comedies would usually get the best result. Or just simple romance will do. -fanart direction- Bright amd happy should be the main theme, since almost every thing about Mimi is bright and happy (And pink)

With Tai: Known as "Michi". Personaly I think it's impossible, since Tai's personalyty is complete opposite to Mimi's. But who cares. -Fanfic Direction- You know what, I don't know how to write Michi fanfic, so there. -Fanart Direction- Yeah...yup...

With Izzy: This couple is a thriving one among the Digi-Fandom. Many people prefer them grown-up (stired, not shaken) I personally think they look good together (Grown up, that is) -Fanfic direction- Bright and simple romance would work better then comedy actually, other wise...yeah -Fanart direction- Check out Japanese fanarts, ther're good!

With Joe: This is the couple of my choice, only because it would fit my charactor contrase theory. that's about it. -fanfic Direction- Go with comedy, since it's your best choice (and only choice). but is you're thinking of older Joe and Mimi, serious romance might just work -fanart direction- Have Joe go dumb (as he usually dose)and Mimi go crazy, that's your best bet. Or, have Joe(older) and Mimi Serious.

Yolei:

With Ken: Personaly, I think they don't go together. But according to my Charactor contrase theory, they do. so i don't know what I should do. By the way, they're official couple -Fanfic directions- Have you notice that alot of my seggection for Fanfic is comedy? well, this one is no exception, so there -Fanart direction- as long as there's no tregedy theme, I'm okay with it.

With Davis: A fun couple as in "Itchy and Scrachy" (a violent kids cartoon staring in "The Simpsons")kind of way, you never know when they'll unleash hell on each other. But thats why they fit better then Ken! -Fanfic- A comedy in an scornful kind, let them fight with each other, but make it not so serious that they murder each other. -Fanart- Since boys can't hit girls, have the girl roughing the boy!

Anyway, that's my comment on charactors coupling, if i'm missing any charactor, they're probably un-important. And remember, DON'T kill each other on the net! If you don't like the coupling, blame it on Bandai or Toei!
