The Perfection of Vedic Language
The value of language is to create - to form concrete results based on abstraction. Computer languages are the tools that link abstract concepts to concrete implementations: algorithms become programs.
A wide range of computer languages exist, each with a specific focus and range, yet all have a common basis in the theory of programming languages. This course provides an understanding of the common basis of all languages in programming language theory, and examines how these common elements reflect in the various features and forms of different languages.
This study of language is based in Maharishi's Vedic Science, where the
perfection of language is found in the Ved - a language with a direct relationship
between name and form and thus direct creative power. This science of Vedic
language gives a model for understanding the layers and forms of language
in computers.
