Never think computer is very hard to learn. I started touching hardware last year, by reading manual and testing with my PC. I am able to install computer and solve computer hardware problems now. Internet helps me a lots, get what I need from it. About hardware, I think if you know jumper, setting and driver, basically, you can handle it. Regarding to software and programming, from first time I learnt Basic language with Apple II, it has been 10 years. My feeling is it is too tired to learn all the software. When still thinking about how to draw a good animation picture, Shockwave Flash comes out. What I can say is if you are able to work with computer with your assignment, it is enough.
