Ok, firstly he looked very bulky and famished when he transformed but came to think about it, he does look kinda innocent before that (before anyway) On the other hand I don’t think it’s entirely his fault that he wanted to kill people just because he’s a Saiyan.
Remember at the first place his power level was already one million when he was a baby? And King Vegeta wanted him and Paragus (his daddy) dead because he feared that Brolli would be harmful against Vegeta in the future?
Tough luck man, I mean I wouldn’t want to be in that situation >< I guess I’d like to talk about Paragus first, I know Saiyans usually don’t have any creed except towards their King so it was more likely that their minds tend to be more inhumane and decayed (you should’ve seen the Radditz and Saiyan saga) so Paragus wanted to avenge the prince in order to repay the father’s debt, that I can understand.
However, it’s really strange if you think in the human way, of trying to use your son to try to rule the entire universe. Ain’t that twisted or what!? Avenge, I understand but using your son’s power!? No wonder Brolli felt stink, of bearing his destiny towards revenge and being controlled by his father at the same time.
NO WONDER, that he couldn’t care less about extinguishing people and fighting his cradle mate Kakarott at the end, ‘cause it was like

Basically he’s a guy with a f#cked up life, and I really feel sorry for him, but he is only one of his race that lived a hard life. Yeah, they are so incredibly compelling, somehow these humanoids expressed the unfairness in this world we live in… This is just weird, how come I kept liking guys who are less fortunate than I am??
