This is startup screen for Window I make myself, you can download it from it http://www.oocities.org/huanwenlee/Jimi.zip only 17.5KB, it will easy on your modem, take about 30 seconds to download even on 28000bps modem.
Install instruction for Win 98: unzip it to C:/ (Whatever you main drive is) overwrite your existing logo.sys and click yes, if you still want to retain the existing copy of logo.sys, backup( by copy it or move to another folder such as MY Document) it first before unzip this file. This startup screen featured legendry 60's guitarist Jimi Hendrix cranked his stuff.

In fact this is my first creation for window startup screen, after download some other people s creation, so why I didn't make it myself ? And create simple startup screen, suprisingly, a simple job. You also can create one yourself.
My Next Stuff and Hopeful It Will Deliver.
My next project is Window desktop theme, the theme I create is base on Che Guevara image, I have search Che Guevara theme for long time and still haven't found any yet.
If you don't know who the hell Che Guevara is, a brief introduction, he is one of the Cuban leader in the 60's who defy the evil empire US of A, and very passionate and have romantic view of communism. In 1968( don't remember the exact date), he fought in Bolivia, got kill and died young. And due to his rebel behavior and dying young, he soon became the icon of 60's and 70's youth world wide. The below picture stare to future stance has became a legendry image and adorned many so-called anti-establishment products. The image still popular today, can be seen adopted by rock band such as Rage Against Machine. The internet contains many of Che Guevara website information, if you interested to know more, go to www.yahoo.com , on search key, in CHE GUEVARA, you will find your destination. And below site is one of many site dedicated to spirit of Che Guevara.
I decide to create the Che Guevara theme after come across this website www.che-lives.com .This website acquired some interesting pictures and soundbites from this Cuban legend, so why I don't utilized the downloadable resources and idea came and the rest is history as they said.............
This theme is almost finished, 80 % in fact, still some stuff not finished yet, such as sound scheme and screensaver( which still undecided to include it in my final release). The rest I tuned it up for more refine look and feel. And I hope will upload it to www.tucows.com in one week time. The first preview certainly will upload on my page, undoubtely.
This is preview wallpaper I plan to use for the theme.
Final word this is my first webpage, I build it on purpose to upload my creation, as tucows required a downloadable URL to download stuff for preview it before they released it to public.
