At the
certificate level, students learn the art of self-defence,
fitness and healthy lifestyle. There are 6 grades at the certificate level.
Certificate Level
At grade 1 band
3 certificate level, the student is allowed to proceed to take his or her
diploma level course. The level of advancement depends on the ability of students
practicing in the diploma and under-graduate degree courses. These levels
comprise of the following grades given below.
