Hi, I'm a local super-hero named Peck! If there is a bad guy around and you want to get rid of him, I'm the man for the job. You see when I was a small boy I was bitten by a very deadly mosquito and had to live 6 years of my life inside of a bubble. Turns out, that mosquito's poison intertwined with my DNA, giving me the ability to....well not really do anything.
