The final concert of the school year was the Pops Concert and the music sounded fantastic! The band kids secretly collected money for Mr. Grable's gift and they were able to buy him a mini ipod! Angelica's in the Hip Hop Dance Ministry at church and they had their first performance at an evening worship service - they did great! BIG Day 2005 was a great day of ministry and celebration in our community on Sunday! Our Bible Study group served together at a nursing home and then all the churches met at a local park for lunch and a time of worship. You can view more pics from the party by clicking on David's picture. Woo hoo, it was the last day of school today! Matthew happily left his empty classroom behind and I was able to still get the traditional "last day of school teacher and student picture." Can't get those pics with the 3 oldest anymore...too many teachers and as they would say, "It's lame." Angelica celebrated the first day of summer vacation by turning 14! After church we went to the Travel and Leisure Show at the convention center where we watched the Fear Factor demo at a one of the booths and Doug took the traditional "father and children" pic in a boat. We then headed over to Pink's for dinner. Of course, you can see more pics of the day by clicking the pic... We used our Universal Studios pass again and spent the day with Martin and Rosario (Angelica's birth parents). The weather was perfect and we even saw a part of the "War of the Worlds" set!
