* Level I & II of Latent Abilities Seminar held in Australia from 4 to 8 March 2002
* AYERS ROCK trip from 9 to 11 March 2002

Master Dang will instruct Level I & II of Latent Abilities Seminar, which will be held in Australia, and translated into English, French, Spanish, Dutch, and Thai. This Seminar is to provide to about 250 fortunate Universal Energy students the opportunity to apply new methods of Universal Energy to their area of research in spiritual, medical, scientific, and computing, enabling them to contribute to Mankind in the21st century and beyond.

1. First issue: Organizing Level I & II Latent Abilities Seminar

Location: Springvale City Hall, Melbourne, Australia,
397-405 Springvale Road, Springvale, Vic. 3171
Time: From March 4 to 8, 2002, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuition fee: US $1500.00

2. Second issue: The trip to AYERS ROCK

Location: Ayers Rock, Northern Territory, Australia
Time: From March 9 to 11, 2002
Tuition fee: Approximately US $500.00

3. Third issue: Conditions for participation

  • Graduated Level 7 Special.
  • Medical doctor or scientist graduated Level 6 or higher.
  • Application form need to be sent to M.E.L. Australia by January 31, 2002 for Master Dang approval. Except students who participated the Special Meeting held in Australia on December 24, 2001.

4. Fourth issue: I request Universal Energy centers throughout the world to announce this decision to eligible Universal Energy students, so they can plan for and turn in application form for Master Dang's approval. Other details such as hotel resevation and transportation arrangement will be provided later in a separate annoucement.

5. Fifth issue: This Internal Directive takes effect from December 25, 2001.
