To provide more details for the Third Issue of the Internal Directive  No.001/M.E.L./USA/2002

Master Decides

First Issue:  All U.E. students, whose applications for Levels I & II of the Development of Latent Abilities Seminar held in Melbourne - Australia have been approved by Master, should send the seminar fee and the deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE) for the trip from Melbourne to Ayers Rock by Money Order or Cashier's Check (no  personal check) payable to:

"Mankind Enlightenment Love"

at the following M.E.L. addresses:

The deadline is 6^th  February 2002. 

Attached is the list of nearby hotels with special discount for M.E.L. students.

Second Issue:  All applications and fees sent after 6^th February 2002 will not be considered for this seminar/trip. 

Third Issue:  I request M.E.L. Headquarter in the U.S.A. to inform this Internal Directive to all worldwide U.E. Centers so qualified students can register on time. 

Fourth Issue:  This Directive is in effect from the signed date.
