| EFFECTS OF YOGA
MEDITATION ON The teaching of Universal Energy Healing brings to light a method of Yoga meditation to relax the mind by breathing in order to stimulate Chakra's activity and preserve health. The method involving breathing exercise and mind relaxation is a form of Yoga skill training, namely the ability to focus one's mind and to brush aside distractions of all sorts, both internal and external, which upset the stability of the mind and weaken the body that has spent hours working hard throughout the course of the day. Yoga can also be defined as a training method for creating calmness for ourselves and for helping us gain a life of comfort, health and peace. For thousands of years, man has endeavored to practice Yoga to open his Chakras. However, the duration of training has been very long and the efforts extremely hard, sometimes requires dozens of years or even an entire lifetime, without the guarantee of succeeding in opening so much as a single Chakra. At the end of our 20th Century, we have the opportunity to learn this method of Universal Energy Healing in a very short time frame: in less than a month, we can obtain 100% opening of six Chakras which results in our ability to heal many ailments and to help countless people struck by illness to regain their normal state of health. In addition, we can impart this teaching to others at lower levels: for example, at Level 1, with a 30% opening of the Chakras and at Level 2, with a 60% opening of the Chakras. We gained this ability through the merit of our soul, which has already gone through several spiritual lives practicing meditation. For this reason, we have been fortunate in this life to meet a Master who has all the skills to guide us in the technique of Yoga, and to open our Chakras 100% in order for us to have enough energy to be able to draw in Universal Energy and enable our body to be sufficiently healthy and, beyond this, to allow us to help everyone suffering from sickness. Currently there are quite a number of Yoga schools in countries such as India, Japan, Tibet, Thailand and China, and almost all are aimed at finding the way to capitalize on the special abilities that still lie hidden in the depths of our being. The spiritual masters are required to establish many rules and methods to help their disciples attain slowly a state of perfect calm, to control the body and no longer be distracted by internal preoccupations or external influences. For example, those who meditate in the lotus position (legs crossed), or on a bed of nails, or in the cold snow of the mountains, give us the impression that they are suffering a lot, that they are toiling and this is difficult for them. However, if they have succeeded in the practice of meditation for a great many years, they are able to control their body. In order to help the mind not to be scattered or distracted, they also have methods to control breathing, or perform movements with arms and legs, or recite mantras, thus arriving at a level of perfect concentration where they are no longer influenced by external elements such as cold or hot temperatures, noise, discomfort, etc. These necessary stages show us that many years must be devoted to meditation and much effort invested in continuous training in order to succeed, after which an individual, depending on one's destiny, is able to acquire a higher level of consciousness to understand the rich essence of our soul, once this body of flesh has been mastered. There is yet another complex element to which we are submitted: our success depends on the abilities of the Spiritual Master who guides us. If we encounter a true Master who is really able to guide us, then we are lucky. On the other hand, if we meet someone who is not a true Master and does not have the required abilities, we will waste both time and effort to discover failure. It should be understood that the opening of the Chakras helps the body to maintain abundant health and the mind to make spiritual progress. However, we need to be supported by a real and adequate scientific base. That is why we present the Chakras as centers of the nervous system located at the top of the head and on the back, along the spine, which are great vital points that stimulate the nervous system and control or maintain the balance of the principal organs to which they are linked within the body. Moreover, the opening of the Chakras actually marks a certain level of awareness of the soul that develops into spiritual knowledge. When the soul begins to know discernment, it will help the body a lot in understanding what is false, what is temporary, and what is eternally lasting. In addition, Yoga method is a state of reflection for focusing thought on a problem in order to find a solution, or a search which develops discernment or sometimes certain endeavors of our subconscious. These are all aspects of Yoga that almost all of us are generally familiar with or which we have experienced at some point in our life. Our aim in practicing is to develop the quality of calmness; in other words, we strive to raise our level of consciousness in order to acquire self-control, tame our ego and conquer fear in our mind. In the narrowest sense, between our body and our soul, we can begin to forge a higher level of consciousness by reminding ourselves that our Chakras have been opened 30%, 60% or 100% and that we have the necessary abilities to recover from illness and preserve the health of our body, even if we happen to be suffering from a rather serious disease, for deep down we believe in ourselves and have neither worries nor fears. This is a level of calmness that allows our mind not to be distracted and absorbed by preoccupations, worries, thoughts or fears, and which enables us to consider that our situation is not so bad. In the realm of the family, we have a chance to practice calmness, especially when our spouse or our children become ill and we often become alarmed, scared, or lose our control. If our level of consciousness is high enough, we will believe in ourselves when it comes to what we learned and we will know how to apply this knowledge judiciously in order to help close family members. By way of this lucid composure, we will breed confidence in each member of the household, and our calmness will gradually influence them during many ordeals, thus firmly reinforcing the family base. In a larger sense, we have the field of society that enables us to cultivate our calmness in every aspect, for example at work in the office, in our relationships with friends, in our community life, etc. In this vast and complex field of action, we will see clearly that calmness is a very useful way to help us progress as much in Life as in Spirituality. From a spiritual perspective, Yoga is a form of training that enables our soul to develop its potential activities. It is only in the state of calmness that our soul can learn, assimilate and progress quickly, or else our soul will have trouble learning all the subtle essences of the infinite universe that surrounds us. Yoga, in this case, is a road that leads our soul to the depths of ourselves so that it can meet our ego in person, and at the same time a road that leads us to the highest summits to justify the wonder of the Supreme Being. We will then be able to understand what our purpose here is and what we need to do to continue to progress. Once we have reached contemplation, we will clearly recognize our purpose (which can also be called the Intimate Wish) and at the same time the road on which our soul is progressing. Our life will then change and our situation will become more solid, which will enable us to go through the many painful ordeals of this life. |
