FIFTH URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to the threat of
bio-terrorist attacks in many countries around the world, especially in the
United States, that can be harmful to many people and the American Government
uses a budget of billions of dollars to produce vaccines to help the people in
cases of the bacteria enter the body to cause difficult health problems and the
more severe symptom can be fatal. Again, I notify all of the
students from Level 3 to Level 7 and Special Seminar in Universal Energy the
following: ·
For students from Level 3 to
Level 5, each day you transfer energy for yourself or your
relatives no more than 5 minutes per person. You apply on Chakras
4-5-6-7 and purify the blood to prevent from being sick. If your body is
infected by ANTHRAX or other forms of virus, you have a sufficient immune
strength to fight against the virus and help ourselves to recover. Therefore,
starting from now, whether you have any physical problem or you are healthy, you
still need to apply the preventive method according to the formula I describe
above. ·
For students from Level 5.1 to
5.2, I agree to allow you to apply the collective healing method to
unlimited number of people. I advise you to make a list for the elderly people
as well as for the children from 1 year of age and higher. You put all of them
in the same list and you transfer energy for 5 minutes maximum to
help these people as a PREVENTIVE METHOD, so they have a sufficient immune
strength to fight against the virus that may enter the body to cause sickness.
If unfortunately we are infected by these powerful bacteria, we continue to
transfer energy, and we will be able to recover our health faster. To all
Level 3 up to Level 5.2 students, I want to emphasize that you cannot
use any technique to attempt to neutralize the ANTHRAX or other forms of
virus in the envelopes or the gift box that you receive from strangers. ·
I advise all students from the Big
Family of Universal Energy Healers Worldwide to encourage their relatives,
who are at least 12 years old to try to learn the Level 3 (instead
of 14 years old that I gave the instructions in the past), so I can open Chakras
100% for them to have sufficient energy and immune strength to prevent from
sickness. The student who has the Chakras opened 100% will receive the energy
flow faster and help the body to enhance the immune strength, as the Level 6 or
higher practitioners transfer energy to this individual. ·
For the students who complete the
Level 6 and higher, each time you receive the letter or gift box
from anyone, to avoid the case your body is infected by virus, before
opening the envelope or the gift box you should place the Double
Pyramids on the envelope or gift box. You transfer energy from the
apex of the big Pyramid down to the base of the Pyramid 30 seconds for one
envelope or many envelopes together. Except for the gift box you
have to transfer energy for 5 minutes maximum. After you transfer
energy, you can open the envelope or the gift box without any problem. If
unfortunately there are bacteria we will neutralize them and we will be safe.
Furthermore, for all of the students who graduate the Level 6 and higher,
you do not have the ability to transfer energy to the public post office
vehicles or the delivery trucks from U.P.S., Federal Express, etc., to
neutralize the bacteria, if any. This instruction will be
applicable until the situation is truly peaceful around the World, or if there
is any special situation that requires a new technique I will keep you informed
later. ·
I request the Worldwide Centers and
Sub-Centers to notify all the students from Level 3 and higher so they can
apply.
