Listed as head of family and only one white male over 16 in house.

Under "Copy of Inscriptions Which Appear on the Tombstones in the Graveyard Surrounding the Welsh Tract Meeting House. Copied by Miss Winny Jones.". Author says it is "impossible to ascertain" whether Benjamin was 25 or 75 at age of death, but defers to 25, which agrees with seperate sources. Place of memorial, near Newark, Delaware, is very close proximity to Cecil County, Maryland.
