Meet Andrea,
our much teased and multi-talented head chef. After leaving the Dominican
Convent in Cabra, Dublin, at the tender age of sixteen; Andrea joined
a catering course in the College of Catering Dublin,(C.E.R.T.) and
started her apprenticeship in Jury's Hotel, Dublin,where after two
years she won the "Young Irish Chef" award. |

Leaving Jury's
a year later to work abroad, Andrea began work in the prestigeous
Geneva Radison, where she stayed for a total of sixteen months.
Moving on to the Melbourne Hilton, where she was seriously introduced
to Malasian, Polynesian and Thai cusine for the first time; Andrea
added to her store of knowledge and her awards during her stay there,
by coming second in the 1994 "Cuisine De Melbourne", competition.
Returning to Dublin in 1995, the talented Andrea, worked for two
years in The Lord Edward, a highly renowned sea-food Restaurant
in Dublin, before joining our dedicated team, who I might add, have
no intention of letting her escape from these shores again. So,
sit back and enjoy, as your culinary desires are pandered to and
