Human Nature
Human Nature came together about 13 years ago from Sydney's Hurlstone Agriculturl High School.
It was the dream of Andrew Tierney to form a vocal group with his younger brother Michael Tierney, and two frineds Toby Allen and Phil Burton. It was now when Andrew Tierney did an arrangement of the old 50s song 'Earth Angel'.
They sung at the local RSL clubs for a few dollars during their school days, before being told that they should take there singing to a higher level, from the listeners who thought they had something special.
As they believed in their selves, they tried their luck with Sony Music. They were knocked back a number of times before they decided to follow their demo tape up and frused to leave until they sung for Sony's A & R executive.
From this day onwards they have produced many great songs. Not only have they gone so well for them over here in Australia, but overseas too.
Today the have lots of fans all over the world.
If it wasn't for Andrew 13 years ago, Earth Angel wouldn't have been sung by them and they wouldn't of landed them selves in this industry. Who know's what they would be doing today.
Since Human Nature started recording about 5 years ago, they have produced two chart-topping albums and 11 smash hit singles. Not only this but they also have music giants looking to them for support act on their next tour.
They have also won a number of awards and many award nominations.
some of which include Mo awards, ARIA's and the more recent People's Choice award for Band Of The Year. Congrats boy's on this one, we didn't see it coming but we beleived in you.
Some of the tours in which Human Nature have been involved on were the Cline Dion, Michael & Janet Jackson tours or Europe and Australia. They also Take part in the John Farnham tours, one of which was this year, he's 50 th Birthday tour.
Being the support act sure can be great but when you have your own Headlining tour, That's even better! They did that in 97 with their Australian Concert Tour. They had the vocal tallents of Az Yet, Real Maccoy and Christian joining them on this one to make it a hit.
Human Nature have just finihed their tour of Happy Days the arean mega musical. They started as the 50s teen sensation The Naturals.
I must say they played this part really well, and their vocal preformance was even better.
Over the years Human Nature have bee together they have offered to sing on many TV shows and TV specials, such as: Carols in the Domain, Carols in Melbourne with Ray Martian, and perform on the TV shows E news, Hey Hey It's Saturday, Midday, Good News Week and even on the news. They are also included in a lot of Newspaper articals.
