Rey Bisda - Rey was a Special Science (Cancer) in high school.  He is now married to Gretchen Palapos Bisda and they have 2 wonderful sons namely, Russell (1993) and Randell (1997).  They are currently residing in Toronto.   Rey lives 5 minutes away from Val Buzon.  Rey is still the same clean-cut, hospitable and  well-mannered guy just like in high school days. Valentino Buzon  - Val and Chona Almazan is now on their 112th year of marriage.  They live in North York, Ontario, where Val is a USA- short for User Support Analyst (glorified name for computer technical support) and Chona is a Medical Administrative Assistant.  Their first born daughter Valerie Christine died in the hospital from s.i.d. after 20 hours.  But they were blessed with two other talented daughters, Charmaine Vale (1990) and Caitlyn Vanessa (1995). Ruben Cajiuat  - Ruben and Marife have been happily marrried for 13 years this coming March 7.  They are now residing in the beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.  They are blessed with two beautiful children, Florence Mae (born 1988) and Reuben Nathan (born 1994). Nelson Ceña - Nelson is married to Evelyn Sison. They have 3 kids: Kevin (1989),  Kim (1991),  Kingsley(1998).  They moved to Australia in 1992 and went back home in 1995.  Nelson is presently affiliated with the Purchasing Department of Jollibee Foods.  In 1996, they bought a lot in the Project 8, Tandang Sora area where they built their 2-storey lovenest. Ariel Ciego - Ariel is married to Edith about 15 years ago. They have 4 kids namely: RJ (1986),  Michael (1988),  Sharyl (1991) and Abegail (1994).  They still live in Ugong, Valenzuela.  Ariel is currently working as an appraiser in the City of Valenzuela.
 
 

Reuel Cruz  -  Reuel was in Math-3 during high sschool.  Reuel arrived in Toronto on November, 1992.  He started as a machine operator for 6 months, until he became an Industrial Mechanic-Night shift team leader, while at the same time finishing his diploma in Building Environmental Systems (BES) for building maintenance at Seneca College but did not get any luck getting any job in the field which is a blessing. He then took a part time job in UPS as a courier. After almost two years, he decided to give up his full time job and while still in UPS pursued a diploma in Computer Information Systems at DeVry in Scarborough. After getting his diploma, he moved up to the position of Computer Technician and stayed there for a year while waiting for his wife to graduate in the same course. In spite of being considered for a supervisory position, he decided to resign.   He and his wife, Lida along with their daughter, Krizzia left Toronto and drove to DeVry in Long Beach, California to finish their degree in Computer Information Systems.  After finishing their degree and before driving back to Canada, he received an invitation from FedEx to attend a Technology Expo in Memphis, Tennessee.  The Technology Expo was attended by over 200 students from all over USA and lasted for three days. A month later, they flew him back to New Jersey for a written test, written communication, panel interview and presentation. Then got the job offer a couple of weeks later. Right now, he is working in Columbus Ohio as a Consultant for FedEx while his wife works as a Database Analyst.  He communicates with friends mostly through e-mail- rgcruz5@msn.com or ICQ (ICQ#-35827867).
 
 

Lorenzo Geronimo -  Ren is married to Leticia Tan and they were blessed with 3 children, Dianne (1987), Daniel Renz (1992), and Jose Lorenzo (1996).  Ren works at Wellington, a  Binondo-based  flour miller and real estate company.  They are presently residing in Santulan, Malabon, Philippines.
 
 

Arnilo De Guzman - Arnilo still lives in Laguna ext., Tondo, Manila.  He is still single and he is very much interested in migrating to the USA.  Hello single girls!!!  Sources said he works in Manila Bank...could be wrong though!
 
 

Victor Edrosolan - Vicctor has been a New Yorker for 13 years.  He resides in Queens. He has been teaching since he came to the USA.  He also has a  part-time job in a private college in Brooklyn.   Victor was one of our friends in Science-1 back in high school.  Some of  us know him since elementary days.  A natural comediene, there is never a dull moment with Vic.  Many of us call him Kuya Vic not because he is much older than us...well, maybe he is.......BUT the real reason is that we have so much respect for him because he is such a great friend to have. Dante Manalang - In 1994, Dante was married to Marian, whom he met at National Steel. He used to be connected to an American firm engaged in car armoring.  After downsizing, Dante decided to form a small company doing the same works for the same company as a sub-contractor.  Marian (Ian for short) is presently employed as a legal secretary for a big real estate developer, Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation.  They have 3 kids, Andre (1995), Iana (1996) and Aldwyn (1998).  They are currently residing in Sta. Ariel Nepomuceno (alias Nepo) - Ariel is now married to Lady and they have 4 kids namely, Isaiah (1991), Isaac (1992), Elisha Roi (1996) and  Samuel  Rophi (1999).  Ariel is very much dedicated to religious life. He had a hardware business.  They are currently living in Agono, Rizal.
 
 

Felix Parado  - Felix tied the knot with Tess Santiago..  They live in San Dimas, California.  Felix  works full-time at the Southern California Gas Company in L.A. as a mapping assistant. Felipe San Jose - Felipe is happily married to Naty.  They live in Italy (Street, that is)  in Binan, Laguna.  They have 4 kids namely:  Michelle (1988), Michael (1990), Marvin (1991) and Marionne (1992).  He's now working as a free lance Area Manager for Prudential Life Plan Inc. ( San Pedro, Laguna branch).
 
 

Enrique Santos -&nbssp; Father Erick Santos is presently assigned as parish priest at the Immaculate Conception Parish in Tayuman, Tondo and President of the Manila Cathedral College.  For the last seven years, he was assigned at San Rafael Parish/Parochial School in Balut, Tondo.  He is still involved in Scouting.  He sits with the Executive Board of the BSP-Manila.  He gets to attend the Christmas and Summer Camps and take care of his own troop in the school. Once he said a mass during Sir Rudy's birthday.  The alumni scouts were there, he was alone in our batch 'though.  Two years ago, he also said the mass during the Grand Alumni Homecoming in Torres High.  He was also the lone attendee among the '78 grads.   His ministries include pastoral works, education, charismatic renewal, youth apostolate, human resource development and media among others.  He was invited to preach to the renewal communities in California and New York in 1991 and 1993.  The past few years, I decided to spend my annual vacation organizing pilgrimages to Europe and Holy Land.  This year, I have three scheduled pilgrimages in celebration of the Jubilee Year: May (Egypt-Jordan-Israel), August (Rome-France) and October (Holy Land and Europe).  He is planning to go to the US and Canada in 2001.  He is also currently involved in getting hold of our batchmate and is putting together a committee for the 25th Anniversary Grand Reunion of the Batch of 1978.  Father Erick can be reached @ henrique@info.com.ph
 
 

Joselito Semilla -  Jollo has been married for 10 years now going on their 11th on June 24. His wife's name is Monette Amigo, daughter of the late film director Caesar Amigo - (Igorota fame, featuring Charito Solis),  who is Famas Hall of Famer... Monette is a Maryknoller and they met when he was an IT Consultant for Cinderella Dresses about 12 years ago. They have 2 great and beautiful kids - their boy, Jonathan Paul or Jopoy (1990) and their daughter Josephine Mae or Jasmin (1996).   As soon as Monette gave birth to their first child she gave up her job as the advertising manager for Cinderella to become a full time home maker. Jollo is currently working as the Info. Tech. Services Director for a pharmaceutical company based in Makati.  Here's what Jollo has to say on his whereabouts? ....."We moved back with Nanay although in a seperate unit, about 3 units away from my lola's house. The basketball court and the halo-halo place is gone... those where the days... Jaime Tan - Jaime is married to another Torresian, Ma. Linda Padua.  They have their own flourishing business.  He's very hardworking and is into T-shirt printing business. Their eldest, Kristine Venus (1983) is now in college. Stevenson Tavera -  Steve, our class valedictorian, works at Philippine Chamber of Commerce Inc..  He also teaches at New Era College.  I think he heads a research group at PCCI.  He is residing in QC near the Iglesia ni Cristo Central Church.  He helped me last July, 1999 secure my passport.  He is the same Steve we knew then, very helpful and humble.  We will get more update on Steve from Dante Manalang.
 
 

Wilfredo Torres -  Have you seen Willy lately?  You probably won't recognize him because he gained a lot weight.  One thing that did not change though is he is still the same good-looking Willy.  He is now married to Elvira.  More details to come.
 
 

Manolo Tuazon -  Manny has been in New York for 12 years.  He is working as a nurse in Jamaica General Hospital.  Also known as Olong to close friend, he is still available.  He is currently residing in Queens, New York.  One major change with Manny is that he has grown taller, but he still the same good-natured Olong that everyone knows way back in high school.  He will be happy to hear from you @ Olong60@hotmail.com .
