5/19/00 - Finally figured out the bugs on the Windows version which kept the bit field from working correctly. Added a Windows download.
1.0.1 - Added a COLOR field, which shows the color, and allows the user to choose a color from the color selector.

ValueConverter is simple utility which is remeniscent of the dialog box in the Resorcerer application. ValueConverter is a global floating window, allowing access all the time. I wrote this in RealBasic to make this a really simple task. However I thought that my fellow programmers would appreciate this.
