FRANK ELDRIDGE "MATT" MATTHEWS III, 33, of Huntington
died Saturday in St. Mary's Hospital. He was a medically
retired 2nd lieutenant with the U.S. Army. Survivors
include his parents, Frank E. and Jewell Roark Matthews
Jr. of Huntington; and three sisters, Maureen Songer of
Kenner, La., Juliet Felts of Roanoke, Va., and Samantha
Hamilton of Fort Eustis, Va. Funeral 1 p.m. Tuesday at
Trinity Episcopal Church; burial in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at 
Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary.
