Chuck is currently Chief Operating Officer
of the National Employer Council, a job which keeps him hopping. At right,
Chuck is seen with Elizabeth Dole. He says he plans to retire in June '99 and
hopes to move back to West Virginia. (Looks to me like
he's jockying for a Cabinet position down the road!).
