They Tried to make me sign this agreement

after collecting my cash deposit for the purpose

of purchasing the machineries.

Note Paragraph 5 a & b below, I strike it off and refused to accept the condition

besides it deviates from the original intention of the deal.  The deal was

 to purchase the machineries.  Evidence here.

Had I been given this agreement before parting with my money,

would I gave them the cash deposits of M$20,000.00?  If

they had given me this agreement before taking my money,

And I disagreed and refused to append my signature on it, would AMCB take my cash deposits?
