Letter to Drive me homeless
They harassed me
with a writ of seizure and sales &
they made sure we were not allowed
to cook when they put stickers
on my oven and rice cooker!!!
After that, on the day the Court granted my
application to set aside the Judgment
dated 6th July 1995, Choy Chee Yean of
Wong Tan & Molly Lim wrote to the HDB
on 1.12.1995 to complain illegal rental. To Protect my
landlord's safety we moved to stay in a hotel.
I had suffered Gross Injustice!
Vindictive - Cruel - He was not happy with the Court's Order?
He did this on the day the Court granted my application to set aside the Judgment on 1 - 12 - 95!!! Note the date of his letter above.
