I spray painted the (disassembled) mini with a coat of white primer and then recoated it with a heavy coat of a "icy white" base. I then painted a majority of it with "brilliant ultramarine" and some with "red violet". As you can tell by the close ups that it was painted, not dry brushed. I then assembled it, applied some water slide decals and attached it to the base. The base is made of wood as I was running out of resin bases; plus I like the bigger bases for the larger `mechs. The base was filled in with sand grains and rocks. When all was set, I applied a coat of glaze to protect and seal it.
