I spray painted the (disassembled) mini on the left with a coat of grey primer and then a heavy coat of a "true grey" base. I then used "brilliant ultramarine" and "cardinal red" for the detail. As you can tell I did it in reverse order on the red detail. I used gold for the cockpit glass on the blue `mech face. I then assembled it, applied some water slide decals and attached it to the base. Since this `mech was captured by House Kurita, it carries that house's logo. Okay, I screwed up and looked at the wrong `mech when I checked to see who used it. :) The base was filled in with sand grains and bushes. When all was set, I applied a coat of glaze to protect and seal it.

The one on the left, I painted in a gray camo scheme; dove gray, true grey and dusty grey.
