I spray painted the (disassembled) mini with a coat of white primer and then painted most of the lower section with a heavy coat of a "icy white" base and the upper torso in "light periwinkle". I then used icy white, "brilliant ultramarine" and light periwinkle to add in the detail. The eyes were done with silver. I then assembled it, applied some water slide decals and attached it to the base. When all was set, I applied a coat of glaze to protect and seal it.

The second, lower, Mandrill was done basically the same, using "burnt umber", "green umber" and black colors. The missile bays were done in "metallic gunmetal gray" and the eyes in gold.
