I refer to this one as my field repaired Albatross, with its odd-ball left arm.

I painted the mini with a coat of white primer and then painted it with a heavy coat of a grey base. I then heavily detailed it with light blue. The left arm was left white and recoated with white. I then did the checkered job with orange and red. I applied some water slide decals and attached it to the base and called it good. The base was filled in with sand grains. When all was set, I applied a coat of glaze to protect and seal it.
