I spray painted the (disassembled) mini with gray primer and then painted it with a heavy coat of a "teal" base. I then used "burnt umber" and "kelly green" as part of the camo scheme. I added silver for the cock pit glass. I then assembled it, applied some water slide decals and attached it to the base. The base is made of wood as I was running out of resin bases; plus I like the bigger bases for the larger `mechs. The base was filled in with sand grains and rocks. When all was set, I applied a coat of glaze to protect and seal it.
