Group classes are offered over three months term with minimal of 4 students per class either at Sunnyvale or Santa Clara facility.

Each class meets twice a week at 1.5 hours each. Group classes provide a lively interactive atmosphere, where a broad range of classroom activities give the students many opportunities to practice the language together.

The intense form of instruction allows a student to progress at his or her own pace, select their own text books for course instruction and customize their own program of study.

1. Withdrawal request will not be processed unless all of the followings are included: student's English name, address, phone number and/or e-mail address, reason for the withdrawal, and a self-addressed stamped envelop with correct postage.
2. Withdrawal and tuition refund request must be in writing, and if postmarked, or received by a school officer at least one week prior to the first day of a session (3 months period). the refund will be the tuition paid less $25 non-refundable administration fee.
3. For withdrawal request made in writing and received after the 1st meeting in a group sesssion, only 50% of the tuition will be refunded.
4. There is no refund for students withdrawal after the 2nd meeting of a group session.
5. There is a $20 penalty charge per tuition check returned by the bank.
