them and eventually admires them enjoys her own company is easily entertained and never gets bored looks upon that as more of an advantage than a character flaw has a bad memory always writes things down if she knows it is something she has to remember is laid back can often be cold and unsympathetic has teeth that are somewhat wonky doesn't understand why because she spent half her childhood at sleeps a lot more nowadays than she used to tends to sleep with her feet uncovered has slept on a futon for the past year or so can't sleep if her pillows are too high sleeps with earplugs in her ears can't sleep if there is any noise going on wishes it was night all the time likes chilly nights with clear skies likes looking at the moon and the stars on work days, almost always wakes up before her alarm goes off likes cafes in book shops drinks her coffee white with no sugar avoids cow's milk because she doesn't like the unnatural manner in which it is obtained drinks several glasses of soya milk every day her favourite cereal is shredded wheat only likes plain simple food that has been fussed over minimally can't stand spicy, oily, fried, foreign, curry, garlicy or any type of fast food has a problem with olives is a dedicated vegetarian loves every kind of fruit except plumbs eats lots of raw vegetables and fruit every day likes potatoes, bread and chocolate but not all at once can't cook, so doesn't bother trying drinks a lot of water is afraid of japanese tourists with cameras is afraid of american tourists with camcorders hates cell phones with a passion hates people who drive while talking on their stupid phones because she thinks it is very dangerous can't stand it when people walk around with their cell phone in their hand like their life depended on it, constantly fiddling with its buttons thinks people who walk around with a cell phone clipped to their person are total idiots doesn't care for fluorescent office lights and bright unnatural light in general likes reading old tombstones and wandering around old graveyards has dark brown eyes and dyed black chin length hair dyes her hair approximately every four weeks can't stand hair hanging around her neck likes pigtails and bunches likes clean wet hair washes her hair every day, sometimes twice thinks highlighted hair is in bad taste has very thin eyebrows and is obsessive about keeping them that way always notices eyebrows on people uses a weird contraption to curl her eyelashes it looks like something you might find in a clockwork orange does not watch much television but is a repeat junkie; ab fab, blackadder 2 and 3, jeeves and wooster, the office, and classic 70's series like the sweeney, the professionals and man about the house is very tidy is not very trusting of people in general doesn't have much faith in the goodness of people loves clothes is a terrible clothes snob has a black belt in shopping has a thing about well worn vintage adidas trainers pretty much lives in flared jeans and t-shirts loves corduroy trousers and has a pair in just about every colour loves t-shirts and has way too many hates it when people wear washed out black clothes really, really hates leather jackets really, really hates denim jackets double and triple checks things a lot likes watching people and how they act in situations has never (touch wood) been hospitalised has never broken a bone thinks this is a miracle really because she somehow ends up being rather clumsy way too often recently tore several ankle ligaments by slipping down some stairs tries to accept what is there and not worry so much about what isn't is a big fan of music in general likes a little bit of everything likes discovering new music likes making mix tapes/cds finds it hard to part with any piece of music has lots of vinyl records prefers the crackles and clicks of vinyl records to digitised music still buys second hand vinyl when she gets the chance is good at accumulating unnecessary mp3s has a complete list of every mp3 she has ever downloaded on an excel database finds pretentious online music snobs a bit of a bore has a very long list of favourite bands/artists so won't go into it here likes unusual and unexpected cover versions can't play a musical instrument could pick out a few chords on a guitar at gunpoint though likes taking her dog milo for lots of long walks really really hates animal cruelty of any description would probably have difficulty restraining herself if she witnessed somebody mistreating an animal on the street and would have to intervene likes scruffy blokes with messy hair, but not hair that is too long really really hates "manly" blokes with muscles of any sort likes wimps and nerdy types really, really hates "lads" and immature pub culture like boys in eyeliner, but only certain boys is a bit of a perfectionist likes blood and gore likes blood and gore probably a bit too much has a strong fascination with serial killers and likes to read about them avoids anything to do with politics used to work for a political group so knows what politicians are like likes her privacy has a long memory holds grudges, acts like she doesn't, but silently does resents a few things, wishes she didn't, but thinks she has a right to anyway finds northern english accents attractive is right handed, but uses a mouse with her left hand mostly likes 70's and 80's stuff doesn't care what people think of her has been told that she has small veins for several years she used to donate blood regularly but on the last two occasions she tried had a bad turn and passed out, so can't do so any more feels very regretful about that doesn't like make-up and doesn't wear any accept for a bit of powder on her nose sometimes is seriously addicted to lip stickers on letters and envelopes, even when just paying bills sometimes watches a lot of films, mostly british/independent/foreign/silent/cult type stuff if she likes a film, she can watch it over and over often watches a film over a space of a week or more, 15 minutes here, 15 minutes there, etc. likes merchant ivory productions admires the work of david cronenberg adores peter sellers, jim broadbent, ewan mcgregor and john cusack loves italian horror films, particularly the work of dario argento loves the zombie films of george a. romero and zombie films in general thinks withnail and i may be her favourite film ever wonders why people go to see a film, then talk all the way through it has always had a thing about the australian film picnic at hanging rock gets bored if she has to talk too much gets really really bored of people who talk too much enjoys lounging around doesn't like furniture and other large clutter likes easy going non pretentious people likes scooby doo but not scrappy doo likes to buy blank notebooks is always scribbling stuff down doesn't take compliments too well likes tinkering with computers dislikes the font times new roman always has to use arial into being healthy and keeping fit owns a treadmill and a rowing machine tries to go running or do some sort of keep fit for 45 minutes each day, at least 4 days a week has a few lapses now and then but is usually pretty dedicated likes running up hills enjoys keeping fit in general is not a very good swimmer doesn't whistle very well makes no claims that she is sane is good at acquiring useless
