Hydale kennels is one of only a few kennels in Australia that promotes show quality (Best in Show / Puppy in Show) black and blue whippets. Hydale doesn't solely promote black & blue whippets, but exhibits brindles and parti colours. These are then bred to Hydale stock to strengthen the gene pool of blacks and blues in Australia. Hydale whippets originated from "Spaceline / Allswell & Rosiel" stock, and have since included bloodlines from "Oakway / Martinique / Statuesque / Rothbury / Noholme / Gayregal and Andiamo" to produce the stock that is being shown in at least 5 Australian states today.
