Genghis, a child genius gone beserk. Genghis is a psychiatrist at his young age of 20, since he had graduated from high school at 11 and pursued a doctorate in psychiatry. Nobody really knows or cares about why he is insane and they all completely ignore the questionable activity that he engages in. Other than a serial murderer, Genghis is quite civil and curteous to others.
Rip. Not really much to say about him. He has severe narcolepsy and tends to fall asleep whenever the least bit excited or stressed about something. Tune first brought Rip to the apartment because he'd needed a place to stay for a few days, but days turned into months, you know how the story goes. Since he is basically a freeloader as well, Tune and Genghis make special efforts to make Rip the butt of pretty much every joke, his narcolepsy just makes it easier
The Captain-nobody really knows how he got to the apartment, he just sorta showed up one day. Rip speculates that it was one of Genghis' patients that he brought home as kind of an 'experiment,' Tune thinks that it's one of Rip's old pothead buddies that's gone mad and basically followed Rip to the apartment, and Genghis couldn't give less of a shit. The Captain is, however, quite mad, and shows no signs of recovering or vacating. |
