This floor contains the lab of Bastival scholae Verditii. Bastival is now a full fledged member of the covenant and has proven his value to us several times. He has constructed several devices allowing us to cast Wizard's Communion as well as leading an expedition to secure a supply of Vim vis.
The Council chambers are also located on this floor.
