- Triple H is being advertised to wrestle Chris
Jericho for the WWF Championship at a house show on January 12th in Lubbock,
Texas. If this match remains on the card, it would indicate that Triple H's TV
return would not be too far away.
- Hulk Hogan has still not accepted the challenge issued by Randy Savage. Savage
has given Hogan a deadline of Christmas Eve to respond. If Hogan fails to do so,
Savage will donate $10,000 in Hogan's name to the All Children's Hospital of St.
Petersburg.
- It has been announced that Kurt Angle will headline the show in Yokohama,
Japan on March 1st. The WWF's planned three-day tour could also be extended,
depending on ticket sales. As of yet, a list of talent for the tour has not been
made public.
- WWF Smackdown will not air in the Detroit area tonight, due to the Piston's
NBA game. The show will instead air on UPN this Sunday at noon.
