The WWF sent out the following press release today, covering their upcoming international schedule.

World Wrestling Federation Entertainment to Start 2002 International Touring in March

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 2001--World Wrestling Federation Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: WWF) today announced it will be conducting a series of international live event tours in Asia, Europe and Australia in 2002, starting with a three-city tour through Asia in March. 

Asia's SmackDown!(TM) Tour will start at the Yokohama Arena in Tokyo, Japan, on March 1, 2002. Performances will also be held at the Indoor Stadium in Singapore on March 3, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on March 4. Total Sports Asia will coordinate the Asian tour. 

WWFE also will add events around its Insurrextion pay-per-view event on May 4 in London's Wembley Arena, which sold out in 21 minutes earlier this month. The three new events will be in the United Kingdom and Germany. In addition, WWFE will be scheduling an event for Australia in summer 2002 and a second European tour in the fall. Specific dates and venues will be announced later.
