To Seperate Two Lovers

Consecrate a section of rope especially for the purposes of Green Magick. Devise a sigil for your beloved and place it upon a small bag containing a magickal link, or tie it directly to one end of the cord. Devise a sigil for your beloved's partner and place it upon a small bag containing a magickal link, or tie it directly to the other end of the cord.

Then speak:

"That which was desirable is now plain. That which amused is now boring. That which was pure has become sullied and corrupt. That which was brilliant is dulled. That which drew together now repulses. That which lived now dies. No longer does love burn between them. No longer does the fire of passion blaze. No more the longing and the yearning. They are seperated."

Now you must cut the cord with your knife. Then say:

"The lovers are dead, a faded ribbon, a dusty curl, the little notes, forgotten tokens of a heartache which is ended. You kneel by the homestone and throw them into the grate. Watch them burn, the ruins of your luckless passion and a sadness. Lover's vows, oaths and heat of love, dog and bitch in thoughts that fly, passion burned out now and ended, love, unseen, stands chuckling by. Still you sit beside the homestone. Dreams of lust that's gone. Death knell, watch the sparks amidst the ashes dying out. Goodnight. Farewell."

Burn the cord but not the sigils. Bury the rivals sigil in a properly ensigilized envelope somewhere near his house or if unknown address by a flowing river. Keep her sigil locked away somewhere for further usage.
