Cooking
instruction:
Heat
oil ,fry onions till brown .add ginger-garlic-green chilly paste.fry. then
put in chopped tomatoes & tomato paste and fry again. then add coriander
leaves and mint leaves, mix and keep
aside
. let it cool.
Dry
roast the ingr.for grinding and grind to a fine powder.Grind together onion-tomato
gravy&tur,chilli pwd & cashewnuts..
Heat
oil & add ground masala..fry ..add boiled potatoes & boiled
cauliflower
pieces.add salt.Mix well ..cook till the potatoes &cauliflower blend
well with the gravy. Garnish with coriander leaves..
