CLAN NINJA
Clan ninjas are usually from small villages for protection against bandits and raiders in areas where the ruling elite frown on peasants having weapons. Less ethical clans may sell their services to the highest bidder.
Alignment: Any.
Hit Die: d10.
Class Skills
The clan ninja’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Bluff (Cha), Climb (Str), Craft (Int), Disguise (Cha), Escape Artist (Dex), Jump (Str), Perception (Wis), Profession (Wis), Sleight of Hand (Dex), Swim (Str), Stealth (Dex), Tumble (Dex) and Use Rope (Dex).
Serpent clan ninjas add Survival to class skills
Shadow clan ninjas add Knowledge (the Planes) to class skills
Mountain clan ninjas add Concentration to class skills
Skill Points at 1st Level: (6 + Int modifier) × 4.
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 6 + Int modifier.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency
A clan ninja is proficient with all simple and martial weapons.
Clan ninjas are not proficient with any armor or shields

Serpent
Poison Use (Ex)
At 6th level, a serpent clan ninja never risks accidentally poisoning himself when applying poison to a weapon.
Cobra Strike (Su)
At 18th level, while sneak attacking a serpent clan ninja gains improved critical with any weapon he has weapon focus with.
Hypnotic Gaze (Su)
At 20th level, a serpent clan ninja is able to charm person (one target per round) merely by meeting a target's gaze. Those failing a Will saving throw (DC 15 + Wis bonus) are charmed as per the spell.
Shadow
Unseen Strike (Ex)
At 6th level, a shadow clan ninja in any condition of illumination other than full daylight, adds +1d6 to his sneak attack damage. Artificial illumination, even a light or continual flame spell, does not negate this ability. A daylight spell, however, will.
Shadow (Su)
At 18th level, a shadow clan ninja adds 10 to his Stealth checks
Shadow Step (Su)
At 20th level, a shadow clan ninja in any condition of illumination other than full daylight, moves at double his base speed, leaves no trail and cannot be tracked. Artificial illumination, even a light or continual flame spell, does not negate this ability. A daylight spell, however, will.
Mountain
Wild Talent (Ex)
At 6th level, a mountain clan ninja gains the Wild Talent feat
Stone Fist (Su)
At 18th level, while sneak attacking a mountain clan ninja’s unarmed attacks ignore 5 DR and do double damage.
Earth Sense (Su)
At 20th level, a mountain clan ninja gains blindsense 30' if both he and his opponent are touching the ground.
Ex-Clan Ninja
a clan ninja may be a multiclass character, but multiclass clan ninjas face a special restriction. A clan ninja who gains a new class or (if already multiclass) raises another class by a level may never again raise her clan ninja level, though she retains all her clan ninja abilities.
