BIOGRAPHY!!

Travis was born to the parents of Gloria and Randy.  His father was a machinist while his mother baby-sat for local kids.  They lived in Fontana, California in a high crime area.  At the age of four his mom started him on playing the drums but he did not really get serious until he was 12.  He says he was a full on mama's boy.  She made his bed, did his laundry, and helped him with his homework.  The day before he entered high school his mother died from cancer after being diagnosed three months earlier.  On her deathbed she told him to continue playing music and go for his dreams, he obviously did just that!

BLINK 182

As a lot of you may know, Travis was not the original drummer of Blink 182.  Scott Raynor was their original drummer who left the band to go back to college.  Originally Travis was the drummer for The Aquabats, where he was called "Baron Von Tito", also he played for Psycho Butterfly for a short time.  After Travis was asked to join Blink 182 they immediatly recorded the album "Enema of the State".  Publicists often say that he is the most talented member of the group and the others seem to agree.  Rolling Stone magazine once said that "he's the band's most skilled musician, with training in everything from jazz to madrigals."  He is also the more quiet and serious one of the group.
