Damn, I'm
totally bummed out... Yesterday, when I was going on my way
home after a long day at my internship, I got into my very
first car accident that involved other people (yes, I got
into a car accident that only involved me...). My precious
Honda Accord got its front hood totally bent upwards, its
front bumper smashed, and its left headlight destroyed. So
how did it happen? I was going south on the 163 onto the 5
south onramp. There was traffic, so there was a bit of stop
and go. Just when I thought I cleared the slow traffic, a
tan Kia abruptly slowed to near 0 mph. From what I saw, for
a split second, the brake lights did NOT turn on. I hit the
brakes but to no avail and so my car rear ended the Kia
sending me towards the right shoulder and the Kia to the
divider space between 163 south and the 5 on ramp.
I was shaken up
a bit although I was mostly upset at the terrible damage to
the front of the car. When I got out of my car, I found out
that another vehicle, a white toyota camry, was involved in
the collision as well. The police soon came and investigated
the incident, interviewing me and the other two drivers. By
the way, both of the drivers were women...figures haha!
Anyways, the cop that did the investigations soon came to a
conclusion to what had exactly happened. He assured me and
the other driver that I hit that I wasn't at fault. I guess
that's the only good thing that came out of the whole
incident. So now, my poor car is at the dealer's for repair
for two weeks and the bill will cost an arm and a leg =/. My
summer got off to a terrible start. Hope Comic - Con will
make up for that *crosses fingers*

Hey hey
everyone! I'm finally done with my first year in pharmacy
school ^^. Looking back, pharmacy school was really tough
and time consuming. It really put me to my limit. Last week
for example, I was really stressed to the point of me having
anxiety attacks. I had a what they would call a final
assessment exam which covers everything from what we had
learned over the year. I took it and about a day later, I
was notified that I had not passed the exam. I totally was
depressed, stressed, and was hella worried about the re-take
exam that we could take a week later. Thank God, with lots
of prayer, I was able to go over the exam that I failed and
argue some points back to end me with a passing grade. I was
so happy...even more happier when I graduated from UCSD.
Now that the
school year's over, I'm spending my summer in my lovely city
San Diego and will be interning soon next Monday. With the
little break that I got, I want to catch up with some people
that I haven't been in touch with for awhile ever since
school started. It seemed as though a lot has changed with
my friends over the year even though it felt like only 4
months had past. Oh, and for those who think I had forgotten
or don't care about you anymore just because I haven't
called or say wassup for awhile....don't think that way. I
was just busy with school and other important matters.
