Good Herbs and What They Are For:
- ALFALFA: Medicago sativa
Alfalfa leaves are rich in protein, calcium adn trace minerals as well as vitamins
E and K.

Caution: Not for internal use - if taken internally it can cause internal blistering
and is toxic.

From India, it is used in Ayurvedic medicine. It is an adaptogen that helps

It is a spleen tonifier and is for such deficiencies as poor appetite. fatigue

- CLEAVERS: Galium aperine
