HAPPY HOURS
BLUE MARGARITA
1 1/2 oz. white tequila
1 oz. blue Curacao
a little bit of Triple Sec
1 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
2 teaspoon coarse salt
lime wedge
pineapple wedge

Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with the lime wedge and dip the glass into the salt to coat the rim.
Mix the tequila, blue curaco, triple sec, lime juice in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well.
Strain into salted cocktail glass and garnish with pineapple wedge.
SEA BREEZE
2 oz.vodka
2 oz. cranberry juice
grapefruit juice

Pour vodka and cranberry juice into a chilled collins glass filled with ice cube.  Fill with grapefruit jucie and stir.
