Dealing with school can be hard at times. With all the stress and the pressure it is hard not to lose your cool. SOme days you just want to roll out of your bed and scream. Here are some ways to kick the school blues.
-Think Positive and you will be positive. This will make the days, even if they are some of the worst, seem less tramatic. People will like that you are not so negative!
-Get up earlier so you don't have to rush and still have time to just sit and watch TV. This will create less stressful days.
-Eat Breakfast. You will feel better, be more awake and you will be able to think more clearly.
-You have to admit, not EVERYTHING in school is horrible. If and when bad things happen, try to look through that and think about the good things that happened that day.
-When someone gets you down, just ignore them. They are trying to get under your skin. Walking away will let that person know that you don't care. They will probably leave you alone.If they don't, persist and they soon will.
-Be yourself. Don't let people change you and make you do things you wouldn't normally do. You are your own person.
-If you are really having a VERY serious time dealing, try talking to someone. Letting out what you are thinking will help relieve the stress.
-Make it a routine when you get home from school to take a little break and then do your homework so you don't have to worry about it.
