THE ALTER EGOS!
The ALTER EGOS was my attempt at a mod-powerpop band! Since we were all quiet off stage and loud on stage, the name seemed fitting! Besides myself, the band included Melanie Bruck (now Coffee - but this was long before we got together!) on bass and "Mad" Mike Czekaj beating the skins! We played all over the west coast - from San Diego to San Francisco - and released a 45 & CD on 1+2 Records (Japan) and a cut on Jeff Dahl's Trash On Demand compilation, which can be ordered at: www.lastbandit.com/jeffdahl . Mike decided to concentrate on his own tunes and I was tired of the business and needed a break (until I started the Egomaniacs) so we sorta dissolved.
