Biography

NAME: Mark Tudela

KNOWN ALIASES: Joker, The Jackal, The Shadow, Havok

SIGNIFICANT OTHER: Still looking.......

WORKING ON: Getting the heck out of college!

HOBBIES: Playing pool, hanging out at the bar, listening to music

BEST MOMENT IN MY LIFE: Graduating high school(and when it comes, graduating college).

WORST MOMENT IN MY LIFE: A tie: paying to see "Wild Things", and paying to see "Blue Chips". Yikes!

THREE PEOPLE I WOULD MOST LIKE TO MEET: Mike Shinoda of the band Linkin Park, Dave Grohl of the band Foo Fighters, and Derek Jeter of the New York Yankees.

PEOPLE SAY I'M: Odd.

BEST ADVICE SOMEONE GAVE ME: Never let anyone judge you for who you are. I still follow those words to this day.

ROLE MODEL(s): My parents.

THREE WORDS THAT DESCRIBE ME: Crazy, crazy, crazy.

TOP FIVE DESERT ISLAND CD'S:

Make Yourself--Incubus
Hybrid Theory--Linkin Park
The Color and the Shape--Foo Fighters
Haunted--Poe
Version 2.0--Garbage

GUILTY PLEASURE:

Listening to the new 'NSync album. I'm sorry, but when I begin to rock to "Girlfriend", I just can't stop.

FAVORITE MOVIES OF ALL TIME:

Chasing Amy
The Crow
High Fidelity (heck, I'd say almost any John Cusack movie was excellent)
Any Given Sunday

FIRST CONCERT:

The Goo Goo Dolls and the Gin Blossoms in Springfield. I don't even remember how old I was; I know that I was very young, and I remember going on this long, 4 hour road trip with my sisters and my older sister's ex to see them perform at the State Fair.

FIRST ALBUM PURCHASED:

The Chipmunks Sing the Beatles

FAVORITE TV SHOWS:

The Simpsons
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation
24
Without A Trace
Who's Line Is It Anyway?
The Drew Carey Show

LAST GOOD BOOK I'VE READ:

Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris. I've never laughed so hard in my life. Also recommended: The Bourne Identity by Robert Ludlum, and House of Leaves by Mark Danielewski.

FAVORITE LIVE MUSIC VENUE:

A tie between the Double Door and the Park West. Both are small and intimate, and I've seen numerous great concerts at both venues.

LEAST FAVORITE LIVE MUSIC VENUE:

By far, it's the Riviera. It's old and decrepid, you can't find parking anywhere(espcially if something's going on at the Aragon the same night), it's situated in a creepy neighborhood...need I go on?
